| Formato | Piezas | Alcance medio | Interacción media | Guardados | Seguidores |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reel | 40 | 1.049 | 121,5 | 11,4 | 167 |
| Imagen | 115 | 336 | 37,1 | 1,2 | 27 |
| Carrusel | 29 | 268 | 33,8 | 1,8 | 5 |
| Formato | Piezas | Alcance medio | Alcance total | Interacción media | Clics medios |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fotos | 146 | 2.985 | 435.864 | 144,0 | 91,7 |
| Videos | 39 | 1.928 | 75.181 | 153,6 | 68,4 |
Facebook entrega alcance; hoy no entrega tráfico.
|---|---|---|---|
| Sanidad | Cluster SEO | 50.200 | Conocer |
| Fe práctica | Cluster SEO | 42.200 | Conocer |
| Oración | Cluster SEO | 32.850 | Conocer / Considerar |
| Bienestar emocional | Cluster SEO | 29.450 | Conocer / Considerar |
| Identidad | Cluster SEO | 13.400 | Considerar |
|---|---|---|
| Reel de Instagram | 1 | Alcance no seguido y crecimiento |
| Foto o gráfica de Facebook | 1 | Alcance absoluto |
| Video nativo o formato corto | 1 | Descubrimiento |
| Historias | 10 | Continuidad y conversión con enlace |
| Total de feed por artículo | 3 |
| Elemento | Cantidad | Naturaleza |
|---|---|---|
| Historias | 50 | Derivadas y cobertura cotidiana |
| Hito | Suscriptores objetivo | Palanca principal |
|---|---|---|

|---|---|---|
| Contactos acumulados desde agosto | 0 | 53 |
| Contactos del mes de diciembre | 3 al mes | 17 |
| Clics mensuales a destinos propios | 113 | 570 |

Content, production and conversion plan for the social channels of Ministerios Kenneth Copeland Hispanoamérica, built on the actual performance of the accounts between January and August 2026.
This plan is built on the actual performance of the accounts between January and August 2026. Three findings from that analysis determine the entire architecture of the channel.
The accounts of Ministerios Kenneth Copeland Hispanoamérica publish a great deal and publish consistently: 184 pieces on Instagram and 210 on Facebook across seven months, roughly 26 and 30 posts per month respectively. The problem is neither volume nor publishing discipline. It is that effort is distributed in inverse proportion to where the results are.
Under this projection, the full organic channel —search positioning plus social— contributes roughly 846 contacts in year one against the 1,610 in the Results Model. The difference of 764 contacts is covered with paid media of approximately COP $1,910,000 across the year, equivalent to 5.3% of the annual media budget.
Performance analysis between 1 January and 6 August 2026: 184 posts on Instagram, 210 on Facebook and 53 stories.
| Format | Pieces | Avg. reach | Avg. engagement | Saves | Followers |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reel | 40 | 1,049 | 121.5 | 11.4 | 167 |
| Image | 115 | 336 | 37.1 | 1.2 | 27 |
| Carousel | 29 | 268 | 33.8 | 1.8 | 5 |
The finding is decisive and admits no qualification. The Reel reaches three times more people than any other format, generates almost ten times more saves and accounts for 84% of all follower growth in the period. Static imagery, which represents 63% of production, contributes 14% of growth. The carousel contributes 2.5%.
Today 63% of the effort goes to static imagery and 22% to Reels. The return runs in the opposite direction. Reordering that proportion is, on its own, the highest-impact decision in this document, and it requires no additional budget: it requires changing what the same production time is spent on.
| Format | Pieces | Avg. reach | Total reach | Avg. engagement | Avg. clicks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Photos | 146 | 2,985 | 435,864 | 144.0 | 91.7 |
| Videos | 39 | 1,928 | 75,181 | 153.6 | 68.4 |
| Live | 24 | 866 | 20,782 | 229.0 | 108.7 |
Facebook reached 532,028 people over the period, six times the reach of Instagram, on a follower base eighteen times larger. The highest-reaching posts in the entire operation are Facebook photos: the top one reached 32,564 people, more than four times the best Instagram Reel.
The counterpart is that engagement per follower is low —0.14% on photos against 2.13% for Instagram Reels— and link clicks are scarce: 739 across seven months, roughly 105 per month. Facebook delivers reach; today it does not deliver traffic.
Live broadcasts have the lowest reach on Facebook but the highest average engagement in the entire operation: 229 per piece, above photos and videos, with 108.7 average clicks. In the consolidated view of interactions by format, live leads the list with 4,934 interactions, ahead of Reels at 2,537 and photos at 1,600.
This connects to an asset that is already working: the ministry's weekly prayer broadcast, which collects prayer requests through a dedicated page. It is an acquisition mechanism already in operation, with the highest-intent audience in the whole ecosystem.
| Indicator | Period value | Monthly equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| Stories published | 53 | 7.6 |
| Average reach per story | 72 | — |
| Link clicks | 53 | 7.6 |
| Replies received | 9 | 1.3 |
| Profile visits generated | 34 | 4.9 |
Stories are effectively unused and their current reach is minimal. At 72 people reached per story, even multiplying publishing volume sevenfold would leave the traffic contribution modest. Stories are therefore held in this plan for their role in daily continuity, not as a primary acquisition mechanism.
Across all channels, the traffic social currently sends to owned destinations is around 113 clicks per month, on a combined reach exceeding 88,000 people monthly. The mismatch between those two figures is the central problem of the channel, and it is not corrected by publishing more: it is corrected by changing format and activating conversion mechanisms that are not currently in operation.
With the data in view, each platform has a distinct assignment and is measured against a distinct standard.
Six pillars come from the topic clusters in the content strategy. Two belong to the channel and have no search equivalent.
| Pillar | Origin | Monthly search volume | Funnel stage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Healing | SEO cluster | 50,200 | Awareness |
| Practical faith | SEO cluster | 42,200 | Awareness |
| Prayer | SEO cluster | 32,850 | Awareness / Consideration |
| Emotional wellbeing | SEO cluster | 29,450 | Awareness / Consideration |
| Identity | SEO cluster | 13,400 | Consideration |
| Prosperity and faith finances | SEO cluster | 5,550 | Conversion / Loyalty |
| Real impact | Channel-owned | — | Conversion / Loyalty |
| Behind the mission | Channel-owned | — | Loyalty |
The high-volume pillars —healing, practical faith, prayer and emotional wellbeing— work the top of the funnel and carry no donation calls. The prosperity and faith finances pillar, far smaller in volume but carrying the strongest brand authority, is the ground where the conversation about giving and sowing arises without force.
Mixing both registers in the same piece degrades them both: it turns helpful content into a disguised request and strips the generosity conversation of its own doctrinal frame.
The intent mix is sixty percent educational, thirty percent inspirational or testimonial and ten percent with an explicit call to action. Below that proportion the account reads as a solicitation channel and reach falls; above it, the audience never receives an invitation to take the next step.
Twenty feed pieces per month, distributed according to what the data shows works.
| Piece | Quantity | Primary platform | Justification in the data |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reel | 8 | Instagram, replicated to Facebook | 84% of follower growth in the period |
| Photo or graphic | 5 | Facebook, replicated to Instagram | Average reach of 2,985, the highest in the operation |
| Native video | 4 | TikTok | Channel under test, contained volume until data exists |
| Short form | 2 | YouTube | Derived from Reels and from the live broadcast |
| Live broadcast clip | 1 | Facebook and YouTube | Highest-engagement format in the operation |
| Total feed pieces | 20 |
The carousel is not part of the regular grid. It remains available for cases where the content genuinely calls for it, such as a multi-step explanation that does not fit in video, but it occupies no fixed slot in the calendar.
Each article in the editorial calendar generates three feed pieces and ten stories. With five articles per month, the engine covers fifteen of the twenty pieces; the remaining five are original production from the channel-owned pillars and from the live broadcast.
| Derived piece per article | Quantity | Function |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram Reel | 1 | Non-follower reach and growth |
| Facebook photo or graphic | 1 | Absolute reach |
| Native video or short form | 1 | Discovery |
| Stories | 10 | Continuity and link conversion |
| Total feed per article | 3 |
| Element | Quantity | Nature |
|---|---|---|
| Feed pieces | 20 | Original production |
| Cross-platform replications | 13 | Format adaptation, no new creative work |
| Stories | 50 | Derived and day-to-day coverage |
| Live broadcast support | 4 | Announcement, coverage and follow-up clip |
Four deliberate mechanisms. Publishing does not generate contacts: the accounts currently publish 56 pieces per month and produce around 113 clicks.
The weekly prayer broadcast already collects requests through a dedicated page. Someone who leaves a request hands over far more than an email address: they hand over a reason, and that reason is the most valuable information the nurturing system can receive.
The work consists of formalising what already happens: ensuring every request enters the contact system with its reason classified by topic pillar, activating a specific follow-up sequence and announcing the broadcast in advance across all platforms.
Expected contribution: the lowest volume of the four mechanisms and the highest contact quality.
One hundred and forty-six photos reached 435,864 people and produced 739 link clicks. The reach exists; what is missing is a post that asks for something. Today most carry neither link nor call to action.
Five of the monthly Facebook posts carry a link to an owned destination with an explicit call to action. On an average reach of 2,985 people, a conservative click rate of 1.5% produces around 45 clicks per piece.
Expected contribution: between 200 and 250 clicks per month at steady state, more than double everything the channel produces today.
One weekly post invites the audience to write a word in the comments to receive a resource by direct message. It runs on Reels, the pieces with sufficient reach to sustain it: average reach of 1,049 and a maximum of 7,188.
It converts a public interaction into a private conversation, and the algorithm rewards comment volume with more reach, which feeds the mechanism back into itself.
Expected contribution: between 30 and 80 conversations per month, with a high conversion rate to contact.
Always-available infrastructure: a profile link to a page holding current resources, highlighted stories organised by topic pillar, a pinned post and a permanent invitation to the WhatsApp channel, where the daily devotional serves as the subscription argument.
Stories contribute little traffic today —53 clicks in seven months— and their contribution will grow with the account's reach, not before. They are sustained for their continuity role, not for immediate performance.
Expected contribution: growing through the year as the follower base expands through the effect of Reels.
| Point in time | Estimated monthly clicks | Contacts at 3% |
|---|---|---|
| Current situation | 113 | 3 |
| Month 3 | 380 | 11 |
| Month 6 | 660 | 20 |
| Month 12 | 1,060 | 32 |
Reaching 1,060 clicks per month means multiplying the channel's current traffic more than ninefold in twelve months. It is a demanding and achievable target, and it rests on a verifiable premise: the necessary reach already exists, what is missing is converting it into a visit.
The channel currently holds 201 subscribers and is the highest-open-rate asset in the ecosystem: first-party data shows close to 60% against 17% for email on the same base. The ministry already broadcasts a daily devotional of its own production through it.
That fact reframes the problem. A channel with daily content and two hundred subscribers does not lack material: it lacks distribution. The work is not to produce more for the channel but to drive audience towards it from the platforms where reach already exists.
| Milestone | Subscriber target | Primary lever |
|---|---|---|
| Month 3 | 600 | Invitation in stories, in Reels and in the welcome sequence |
| Month 6 | 1,200 | Permanent link from the live broadcast and from the Facebook posts carrying links |
| Month 12 | 2,500 | The daily devotional communicated as an exclusive benefit in every acquisition piece |

The launch of the title «Cómo vivir libre de Miedo» activates across social and paid media during September. Editorial and search positioning work begins in August, so that the content is indexed and has traction when the campaign goes live.
August and September are not months of growth but of reordering: inverting the format mix, building the owned destinations that Facebook posts will point to, and formalising prayer request capture. The curve begins to move from October.
Five months of execution separate the start from the close of the year. These are the verifiable milestones against which the channel is assessed on that date.
31 December is not an arbitrary point in the calendar. It is the close of the period of greatest willingness to give and the moment when the operation must be able to demonstrate that the channel has changed behaviour, even if its contact contribution is still modest.
The milestones fall into two classes. Outcome milestones measure what the channel produced. Capability milestones measure what was built and left running, which is what determines performance over the following seven months.
| Indicator | Baseline | Target by 31 December |

| Format mix | Reels at 40% of production, static imagery below 30% |
| Volume published | 100 feed pieces and 250 stories since August |
| Facebook posts with links | 25 published, with reach measured separately from the rest |
| Prayer request capture | Operational and integrated into the contact system, with reason classified by pillar |
| Conversion mechanisms | All four in operation, with weekly measurement |
| On-camera talent | Two shooting days completed, in November and December |
| Pieces promoted to paid media | 10 organically validated pieces handed to the creative batch |
| TikTok | Twenty pieces published and a decision taken on whether to continue, expand or close the channel |
| Indicator dashboard | All ten channel indicators with a baseline and a complete monthly series |
By 31 December the channel will have contributed 53 contacts. That is a small figure against the annual target, and it should be: the first five months build the audience base and the conversion infrastructure that produce the second-half result.
For that reason, capability milestones carry more weight than outcome milestones in the year-end assessment. A channel arriving in December with the mix inverted, the four mechanisms running and the messaging channel at a thousand subscribers is in a position to meet the annual target.
The plan rolls out in three phases, ordered so that work can begin immediately without depending on on-camera talent availability.
| Input | Monthly volume | Origin |
|---|---|---|
| Source articles | 5 | Content and search positioning strategy |
| Derived feed pieces | 15 | Recycling engine, three per article |
| Originally produced feed pieces | 5 | Channel pillars and live broadcast |
| Total feed pieces | 20 | Original production volume |
| Stories | 50 | Derived and day-to-day coverage |
| Shooting days | 1 | From November 2026 |
Followers and reactions are not reported as management indicators. They are a consequence, not an objective.

Three of these indicators are not being measured today. Enabling them is first-week work, because without a baseline none of the targets in this document is verifiable.
